It is my mission to teach the older adult population how to achieve vibrant health, regardless of age, current lifestyle, or chronic illness that you may be experiencing in the present. If you want a healthier diet, better balance and stability, a strong core with improved flexibility and range of motion, more energy, better sleep, less pain, and less stress, then you’ve found the right coach.

You will receive my dedicated focus, knowledge and experience (both personal and professional) to aid you on your health & fitness journey. My health & fitness coaching expertise encompasses diet & nutrition, fitness and movement, acupuncture, Qigong, martial arts, stress management, and behavioral change techniques for making gradual but long lasting lifestyle changes.

As your coach, I will assess your current condition, taking into consideration any aches, pains, injuries, or concerns you may have and then design a safe program that works for you. I will work with you to tailor the steps you need to take for improving your health into manageable positive lifestyle changes; changes that become a healthy lifestyle designed to promote health and fitness and to reach your personal goals.

I have a proven track record of success with my clients and their successes bring me great joy! I restored myself to vibrant health even though Western medicine told me it was impossible. You can too! There is no greater wealth to be found, than your health!

STANDARD COACHING FEATURES

All sessions are currently Zoom Sessions. Individual sessions may consist of any of the available modalities that Holly has to offer. This may include fitness and movement, Qigong, acupuncture, healthy lifestyle coaching, stress reduction, and diet and nutrition guidance.

(Conducted via phone, Skype, or Zoom.)
In this initial comprehensive discovery session, we will explore your medical and lifestyle history, your current wellness status and plan, what has and hasn’t worked for you, and discuss your health and wellness goals (both short and long term).

Using information from the Discovery session, I craft the initial 30-day Health & Fitness Program. The Health & Fitness plan will include dietary advice, self-help  strategies, lifestyle changes, weekly health & fitness assignments, and an outline of your long term health and wellness goals with an overall strategy to help you reach them. Depending on which coaching package you select, packages longer than 30 days will include revised and updated Health & Fitness Plans every month. (Offered only with packages of a month or longer.)

Our weekly coaching sessions are at the heart of how we connect and work on your health & fitness plan. Your sessions may include any combination of Holly’s wide array of services to advance your progress towards your health & fitness goals.

You never know when you might need extra clarification, a question answered, or just knowing that you’ve got an ally on your health & fitness journey. I am available via email for my clients in-between training sessions to answer questions, provide guidance, and/or support.

My Personalized Health & Fitness Coaching packages all offer the personal attention and customized guidance that you, as the special and unique person you are, require. One of my passions is helping clients with their process of self discovery, as we create sustainable lifestyle modifications together. The end result is a renewed and effective approach to your health and long-term goals.

The pricing for my coaching packages are based on the time frame you choose, with the longer time frames being the most cost effective. One common approach my clients take is to choose a shorter time frame package to get their feet wet and gain confidence in the process, and then transition into a longer training package.

Your consistent effort and commitment to achieving your health goals is a critical component for success, as we unearth and refine the strategies that work best for you while formulating effective methods to assist in overcoming any barriers to progress that may arise.
